So, I tried this recipe for chocolate cheesecake! It was so so so so so rich! It is hard to overstate that! Some good things that came from it: 1. I learned how to make chocolate curls. Not hard at all and super duper impressive! I followed the Pioneer Woman’s instructions which are great! 2. I got to share it with friends for a birthday party. That’s always good! I have another chocolate cheesecake recipe that is not quite so rich, but I LOVE IT too. I will post it after the first of the year. For now, we are just celebrating! Merry Christmas!
